Account Information

Is it possible to hide an account that is not in use?

No, it is not possible to hide an account. If the account balance is 10 USD or less and there were no login attempts made for 180 days, then it will be automatically archived by the system and it will no longer be visible in the Client Area.

Can the account be closed/deleted?

Can I have a demo and live account working at the same time?

Yes. In order to do so, install an MT4 platform in different folders on your computer for each of your trading accounts.

Can I change the balance of my demo account?

Yes. Simply send an email with your demo account number and decided balance to our Support team.

Are trading conditions the same on my demo and live account?

Yes, the trading conditions are the same. However, no slippage occurs on the demo account.

Can I change the settings of my demo account?
Yes. Simply send an email with your demo account number and decided changes to our Support team.
 
How do I open a MetaTrader 4 account?
The account opening takes place in the secure Client Area and doesn’t take more than three minutes. Click here to open an account with us.
 
How do I modify or delete a trade in MT4 platform?
Right-click on the instrument you placed the trade with and use the options ‘Modify the trade’ or ‘Delete the trade’.
 
I forgot my Client Area password. What do I do?
Go to the Client Area login page click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link under the ‘Login’ button and follow the instructions on how to reset your password. For further assistance, please contact our Client Support team.

You can find your account balance and trading history in the MetaTrader 4 platform.

Deposit and Withdrawal

How do I deposit funds to my account?
You can make a deposit inside your Client Area using any funding option that suits you best. There are no fees on deposits.
 
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit for all account types is $5. However, to get a VIP account, you have to reach a balance of minimum $20,000.
 
Is broker to broker transfer allowed?
We do not support broker to broker transfer, we only offer our standard payment methods.
 
How do I withdraw funds from my account?
Log in to your Client Area and fill in the respective withdrawal form. There are no fees on withdrawals.
 
Do you have any charges on deposits and withdrawals?
Liquidity has a zero fees policy on deposits and withdrawals.
 
How fast do you process my withdrawals?
We process all withdrawal requests within one working day.
 
How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?
We process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. The time necessary for the funds to reach your bank account depends on your bank’s policy. Bank withdrawals can take 3-7 working days to be seen on the client’s account.
 
Can I withdraw via a different payment method from the one I used to deposit?
Liquidity policy is to process withdrawals via the same method that you used to deposit. For example, if you deposited using a credit card, the card will be credited with the amount equal to the deposit amount. Upon request, we can send any profits via other payment methods under your name.
 
Can I withdraw my money if I have an open position(s)?

Yes, you can. However, at the moment of payment, your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction including all payment charges. Free margin is calculated as equity minus the necessary margin (which is required to maintain an open position).

If you do not have sufficient free margin on your trading account, we will not carry out the withdrawal request until you submit a corrected withdrawal form and/or close the open positions on your account.

Trading Condition

Do you offer MT4 MultiTerminal?
We do not offer MT4 MultiTerminal. If you wish, you can install multiple MT4 platforms and place them in different folders.
 
How do I get my account trading statement?
A full month trading report is sent to clients via email on the first day of the month following the reporting month. You can also generate your own report using МТ4. To do so, open the context menu on the Account history tab by right-clicking with the mouse and selecting “Save as report” or “Save as detailed report”. Please note: archived transactions are not displayed in МТ4, so they will not be included in the report generated in the trading platform.
 
How do unsubscribe from the daily and monthly reports from MT4?

To end delivery of the daily and monthly reports for a specific account, contact our support team and provide your account number and phone password. Report delivery for that account will be disabled within 24 hours.

What is the minimum and maximum transaction size?
The minimum and maximum transaction size for trading at Liquidity depends on the selected account type.
 
Are Stop Level and Freeze Level available?
Stop Level is the distance (in points) closer than which a pending order relating to the current price cannot be placed. The values for Stop Level for different trading instruments in Liquidity are provided on the page Compare our Accounts.
 
Do you provide tick data?

Currently, we do not provide tick data, as MT4 is not able to store all ticks. Therefore, the tick data would not be accurate. There is an option for the server to store tick data, but we do not use it, as it is not able to store 100% of the ticks. In addition, that would slow down the server considerably due to a large amount of data, as the ticks are not filtered.

Do you offer FIX API connection?
Currently, we do not provide tick data, as MT4 is not able to store all ticks. Therefore, the tick data would not be accurate. What is Liquidity’s trade execution model?
Liquidity is a fully automated No Dealing Desk (NDD) execution model, providing liquidity from global, top-tier banks and hedge funds.
 
Are scalping, hedging (locking), advisors, and other trading strategies?
The Liquidity has no restrictions on the use of advisors and trading strategies.
 
What is Stop Out and Margin Call?
Margin Call is a message with a demand to deposit additional funds to avoid a Stop Out or to close losing positions, if the equity/margin ratio reaches a certain level. Please note that we reserve the right to close a position if the Margin Call level is reached. Stop Out is the forced closure of an order, when the equity/margin ratio is less than a certain level, to avoid a situation in which the client would owe the company money due to a negative fund balance of the trading account. Given several open positions, the greatest loss-making position is forcibly closed first. Introducing Broker

How can I withdraw my IB commissions?
You can withdraw your IB commission anytime you want by filling in a withdrawal form inside the Client Area. You can transfer the funds to your Liquidity live account or withdraw them to your bank account, Skrill, Neteller or any other available payment solution.
How can I attach clients to my IB account?

There are two ways a client can be attached to your IB account:

1. You provide your clients with a unique IB referral link. Whenever a new client goes to our website using that link, registers his Client Area and opens a live account, you immediately see him being attached to your IB account.

2. We can add an existing client under your IB account upon a written request from the client.
